CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellations before 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 0% of the appointment cost. Any cancellations after the 24 hours mark of the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service fee. We understand emergencies happen, and are willing to work with you. Your communication is always appreciated and recognized. No refunds will be offered, for any reason, and payment is due at completion of service. If anything is not completed to your liking, you may book a “free fix” within 48 hours of service completion. By booking your appointment, you are agreeing to the listed policies above, and recognizing that you have read the policies in full.
